White Fish Tacos With Fruit Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Cucumber mango salsa
- 6 corn tortillas
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Avocado, sliced
- Lime wedges
- Purple cabbage, shredded
Instructions
- For the fish:
- Pat the fish dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. Set aside.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the fish and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and break the cooked fillets into smaller pieces.
- For assembly:
- Heat the tortillas in a skillet a few at a time until soft and pliable. Or wrap all six in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds.
- Fill the tortillas with fish and cucumber mango salsa. Garnish with cilantro, avocado, purple cabbage, and a squeeze of lime.
