Ingredients
- Glassware: Beer glass
- 4 oz Torresella Prosecco Rosé
- 1 cup watermelon chunks (about ¼ melon)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Italian bitter red liqueur
- Garnish: 2 watermelon slices
Instructions
Cut the watermelon into chunks. Add all the ingredients, except the Torresella Prosecco Rosé, into a smoothie blender and mix. Pour the mix into a chilled beer glass and top both glasses evenly with four ounces of Torresella Prosecco Rosé. Garnish each drink with a fresh watermelon slice, and enjoy!
