Ingredients
- 2 oz. Torresella Pinot Grigio
- 1 1⁄4 oz. simple syrup
- 1⁄2 oz. lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz. tequila
- 1⁄2 oz. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1⁄2 oz. aperitivo liqueur
- Garnish: grapefruit slice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, add ice and shake until mixed well. Strain into a cocktail glass with ice and top with a grapefruit slice.
Glassware: Rocks or stemless wine glass
