Sun-Kissed In Venice
- 4 oz. Torresella Pinot Grigio Venezia DOC
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Italian Bitter Aperitivo Liqueur
- .75 oz. Simple Syrup
- .5 oz Grenadine Syrup (for two drinks even)
- Garnish: Pineapple Wedge
In a large mixing glass, add ice, Torresella Pinot Grigio, Pineapple Juice, Simple Syrup and Italian Bitter Aperitivo Liqueur. Mix ingredients with large mixing spoon and grab strainer to pour drink evenly, into two cocktail glasses. Turning stirrer spoon face-down, slowly pour grenadine syrup sparingly into each glass. Do not stir.
Garnish with fresh pineapple and enjoy!
