- 4 oz. Torresella Prosecco DOC
- 3 Scoops of Lemon Sorbet
- 1.5 oz. Chilled Vodka
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapples
- 1/2 cup, Freshly Chopped Mint
- Garnish: Lemon Twist
Chop fresh mint leaves. Grab a large mixing jar or vase and add three scoops of lemon sorbet, vodka, frozen pineapples and freshly chopped mint leaves. Pour generous amount of Torresella Prosecco DOC and blend all ingredients thoroughly. Pour cocktail into glasses, or a small carafe and garnish each with lemon twists.
We recommend using paper straws to give it that extra touch. Best served under the sun!
