- 6-8 oz. Torresella Prosecco, chilled
- 2-3 oz. white peach puree (may substitute with yellow peach puree)
- 2 Tsp. raspberry puree
- Garnish: Peach slice or raspberry
Add a tablespoon of the raspberry puree mixture to the bottom of a stemless wine glass or tumbler. Slowly pour in chilled Prosecco and peach puree into a separate glass/or shaker, mixing (not shaking) well. Pour Prosecco mix into glassware and garnish as desired.
