Baked Brie Bites
- 1 package frozen puff pastry
- ½ lb brie cheese
- 3 tbsp raspberry apricot jam
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Preheat oven to 375˙. Roll out puff pastry. With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the sheets into 3x3 inch squares. Place each square into individual muffin tin cavities. Fill with brie and jam. Bake for 15 minutes, until puff pastry is golden brown. Let cool and top with fresh raspberries before serving.
