Ahi Tuna Poke

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- Chili garlic sauce or Sriracha
- 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
- (2) thinly sliced scallions
- White rice
- Garnish
- Avocado slices
- Avocado slices
- Black and regular sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce in a large bowl.
- Add the tuna and scallions to the soy mixture and toss to evenly coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice, sliced cucumbers, and avocados. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoy immediately.
