Sparkling Biscotti Spritz

Ingredients
- 3 ounces Torresella Prosecco
- 3/4 ounce hazelnut liqueur
- 3/4 ounce butterscotch liqueur
- Soda water
- 1 Biscotti biscuit
Instructions
Pour your hazelnut and butterscotch liqueurs into a mixing glass or Boston Shaker. Add ice and mix ingredients. Pour into a cocktail glass filled halfway with ice and top with a splash of soda water. Add Torresella Prosecco to top off, and serve with a biscotti biscuit across the top of your glass.
