Apple Cider Mimosa
Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 mimutes
Makes 4 cocktails
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Torresella Prosecco
- 1 Honeycrisp apple
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup apple cider
Instructions
After cutting an apple in half, cut one of the halves into four equal-sized slices, about 1/8″ thick. Cut a diagonal slit into the middle of each slice.
Next, mix sugar and cinnamon together on a flat plate. Fill a small, shallow bowl with water and dip the rim of each wine glass into the water — about 1/4″ just to wet the edge of the glass. Dip the rim of each glass into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat the rim.
Carefully pour apple cider into each glass, filling about 1/4 of the glass, then top the glass with Torresella Prosecco.
Garnish each glass with an apple slice and serve.
