Makes 1 Mojito Apertif Spritz
Ingredients
- 3.5 oz Torresella Prosecco
- 1.5 oz light rum
- .5 oz lime juice
- 10-12 mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Lime wheel and mint leaf for garnish
Instructions
Start by muddling your mint leaves and lime wedges (or lime juice) using a mixing glass or mortar and pestle, if you have one. Add your sugar or simple syrup and transfer the muddled mixture into a large wine glass. Add the rum and stir lightly with a cocktail spoon or stirrer. Fill the glass with ice and add the Torresella Prosecco. Give a final light stir and garnish your spritz with a lime wheel on the rim and a mint.
