Sparkling Spring Fever Cocktail

Ingredients
- 4 oz Torresella Prosecco Rosé
- 0.75 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 5-7 Strawberries, cut into quarters
- 3 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters
- Garnishes: Strawberries & Lemon Wheel
Instructions
Combine elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, bitters, strawberries, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice to it and shake until thoroughly chilled. Strain the mixture into a wine glass over fresh ice. Finish by pouring Torresella Prosecco Rosé over the mixture, evenly. Finally, garnish with a lemon wheel and strawberries, and enjoy!
