Tiki Tamarindo

Ingredients
- 4 oz Torresella Prosecco
- 2 oz Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Tamarind Orgeat
- 0.75 oz Dark Rum
- Garnish: Mint sprig and an orange slice
- For the Tamarind Orgeat
- 4 oz Indian-style Tamarind paste
- 4 oz Orgeat cordial
Instructions
For the Tamarind Orgeat
To prepare, use a measuring cup and pour each ingredient into a container. Mix the contents well until they are properly blended. Once it’s ready, grab a mason jar or sealed container, label it with the date, and store it in the fridge. Your Tamarind Orgeat will last for approximately 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
For the Cocktail
To prepare this drink, add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker except for the Prosecco. Shake the mixture well. Strain into your Tiki mug, and pour the Prosecco into the glass, filling about ¾ of it. Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange slice, and savor the taste!
