Ingredients
- 1 bottle Torresella Prosecco
- 8 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces honey
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Mint sprigs and cucumber slices (for garnish)
Instructions
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds and chop the cucumber half into small chunks.
Add the cucumber, basil, mint, honey, and vodka to a blender or food processor. Blend for about a minute until it is smooth, add it to a pitcher or carafe, and refrigerate your mixed puree for at least an hour.
Once chilled, add the puree halfway up in your glasses over ice, and top each with Torresella Prosecco. Garnish each with mint sprigs and a cucumber slice. Serve and enjoy!
