Raspberry Mimosa
Prep time: 15 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Torresella Prosecco Rosé
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 8 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- Sugar and lemon or lime juice for rim
Instructions
First, prepare your cocktail glasses by dipping the rims in lemon or lime juice and then immediately in a bowl of sugar. Shake off any excess sugar and set them aside to dry.
Then, combine the fresh raspberries and orange juice in a blender. Next, pour the juice mixture into a carafe or jar through a strainer. Press down on the pulp to extract the maximum amount of liquid.
Divide the juice mixture into your glassware—about two ounces per glass—and top each with the Torresella Prosecco Rosé. Garnish with two or three raspberries for a pop of color, and enjoy!
